Innovation-driven Development
In 1987, the Company began to provide supervision services for Hyland Hotel, thus becoming one of the first batch of construction project supervision pilot units designated by Shanghai Municipal Construction Commission; in October 1993, the Company was approved by then Ministry of Construction as one of the first batch of national Grade A supervision units. Attaching great importance to scientific research and development, the Company has undertaken the researches on many scientific research topics in the construction course of major projects in Shanghai and been the first “High-tech enterprise in Shanghai City” within the engineering consultancy industry; in 2010, the Company became the only enterprise within the industry who won the honor of “Shanghai Quality Gold Award”; in 2014, it was awarded the “Shanghai Accreditation Enterprise Technology Center”, and won a total of 8 Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Awards; “Shanghai Jianke” won the “Shanghai Brand” certification.

The Company has undertaken more than 9,000 engineering projects with a total engineering investment of more than CNY 1 trillion yuan, many key projects, landmark buildings and over-sized construction projects in Shanghai City and even across China. It has won 72 China Construction Engineering Luban Prizes, 58 gold / silver awards for national quality structure, 38 Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prizes, 6 gold awards for National Quality Projects, 52 National Quality Projects as well as more than 1,000 other provincial, ministerial and national awards. The Company has been repeatedly evaluated as one of the National Advanced Construction Supervision Units and one of the Shanghai Meritorious Service Competition Gold Cup Companies and Excellent Companies; it was evaluated by Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development as one of the Advanced Collectives for Earthquake Resistance and Disaster Relief, one of the Advanced Earthquake Resistance and Disaster Relief Enterprises in National Construction Supervision Industry, one of the top ten units with client satisfaction of national construction engineering consulting and supervision service; it won the Shanghai Quality Gold Award Enterprise, the Shanghai May Day Labor Award, Shanghai High-tech Enterprise, the Key High-tech Enterprise under National Torch Plan, Shanghai Accreditation Enterprise Technology Center, Shanghai Brand and other honorary titles.

The Company has established a sound management system, taken the excellent performance as its criteria and conducted the normalized, standardized and scientific management. The Company has carried out the “Five-to-one” system implementation work that integrates ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system, ISO 45001-2018 occupational health and safety management system, GB/T29490-2013 corporate intellectual property right management standards and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 information security management system certification certificates; it has obtained the China Quality System Certification CNAS certificate and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service UKAS certificate after passing the audit by those certification institutions.
